Regulatory Affairs

The key role of this division is the development of effective policies for the regulation of the electronic communications sector and management of the radio frequency spectrum. Responsibility for the implementation of policies rests with the Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg), an independant body under the aegis of the Department.
